Contacting Tech Support

This page describes the process of submitting tech support tickets in DegreeSight

  • First, click the "Support" button located in the top right hand section of DegreeSight:

    • Next, choose your preferred contact method:

    • Live Chat

      • When available, you'll be connected directly with a live technical support representative:

    • Call or Text

    • Email (support@degreesight.com)

    • Send us a message

      • This option will create a ticket in our technical support system which will be handled via email:

      • We'll reply to you ASAP and handle your request via email.
