Student Experience

When the student first submits their transcript, they will see a report of that evaluation on the screen (a screenshot example is below). On this screen, it shows which courses are being accepted, and what they are being accepted as. Additionally, it lets students live chat with your institution if they so choose.

At this same time of submission, the student will receive an email with a link that takes them back to this page over time: The student will always see the same thing your institution sees from a data perspective. But, they have to be logged in to confirm the detailed report. This might change in the future as we expand and allow for customization of the emails sent to each student.
