# Notes
This page describes the process of adding internal notes on Lead records
To add an internal note to a lead record, browse to the lead record by one of the following methods:
* Browse to the "Transfer Leads" page and click a record:

* Browse to the "Transfers Queue" screen, open a transfer record, and click the Lead name in the top-right corner:

* Once you've opened the lead record, to create the Note, click "NOTES" and add your desired text to the "Note body" text box and then click 'Submit':
