# Loading in your Catalog and Adding Courses

Importing your course catalog into DegreeSight's Inbound and manually adding courses

## Loading in Your Catalog

DegreeSight's implementations team, spearheaded by your Success Lead, will happily configure and import your Catalog as a part of the standard onboarding process. Other than your Equivalencies, the only data we need to implement Inbound is your Course list so that we can link them to your rules.

To support this process, please provide your Course list in an **Excel or CSV** with the following format to our team at <support@degreesight.com>:

* Course Code (Max Chars: 50) - **Required**
* Course Title (Max Chars: 500) - **Required**
* Course Description (Max Chars: 2500)
* Credits - **Required**
* Hours - **Required**
* Prerequisite Course Codes
* Corequisite Course Codes
* Pre or Corequisite Course Codes
* Unprocessed Requirements Codes
* Error

For many institutions, "Credits" and "Hours" are the same thing. If your institution does not bifurcate these two values within your SIS, please feel free to place the same value in both columns.
