# Deprecating and turning off old equivalencies

### Deactivating Transfer Equivalencies

* First, browse to 'Gear Icon->Transfer Equivalencies':

  * Locate the equivalency rule you'd like to update by selecting the applicable "Equivalency Partner":

  * Next, locate the rule you'd like to locate, click the '...' button, and select 'Turn Off':

    * Once deactivated, the following icon will be displayed in the "INACTIVE?" column:
