# Email Logs

The "Email Logs" screen provides a log of all email notifications (both internal and external) that have been sent from DegreeSight:

You can filter the email log by the following criteria:

* **Event Type**
  * Transcript Submitted
  * Transcript Submitted On Behalf&#x20;
  * Missed Conversation
  * Program Audit Run (Insight only)
  * Account created
  * Operator added
  * Operator Invitation Resent
  * Transcript Updates Notified
  * Pending Transcripts Notified
* **Status**
  * Queued
  * Processed
  * Failed to Process
* **Recipient**
  * Email Address
* **From Date**
  * mm/dd/yyyy
* **To Date**
  * mm/dd/yyyy

To view further details, click the "+" sign in the "DETAILS" and/or "ERROR" columns:
