Email Logs

The "Email Logs" screen provides a log of all email notifications (both internal and external) that have been sent from DegreeSight:

You can filter the email log by the following criteria:

• Event Type

  • Transcript Submitted

  • Transcript Submitted On Behalf

  • Missed Conversation

  • Program Audit Run (Insight only)

  • Account created

  • Operator added

  • Operator Invitation Resent

  • Transcript Updates Notified

  • Pending Transcripts Notified

• Status

  • Queued

  • Processed

  • Failed to Process

• Recipient

  • Email Address

• From Date

  • mm/dd/yyyy

• To Date

  • mm/dd/yyyy
