Behavior Settings for Courses
When the credits of the sent course are different than the credits of the received course, how many credits should we give to the student?
The # of credits of the Sent course
Grants the number of "sending" credits in cases where they don't equal the received credits granted as dictated by the equivalency rule.
The # of credits of the Received course
Grants the number of "received" credits as set in the equivalency rule.
Grading Scale for Courses
The table allows you to customize which grades are avaialble in the grade dropdown list throughout DegreeSight.
You can also set the Grade Point value.
Please note that GPA are not currently calculated anywhere in DegreeSight.

Grade Limits for Courses
Default Minimum Grade for Courses
Default minimum grades for Exams are handled per exam type.
This value will be used during the import process to set the minimum grade for each rule in that import.
For Coursework, what is the default status applied when a grade is not met?
This option will automatically set the status of any course/exam that doesn't meed the minimum grade or score.
Default to Pending
Default to Credit Not Granted
Default to Denied
Do you want to add custom policy text on transcript reports for when a grade isn't met?
If enabled, the configured text will be automatically added as a comment on the transfer course.
Credit Limits for Courses
This new setting allows you to limit the number of allowed transfer credits in total and from 2-year institutions.
What is the maximum number of credits that can be transferred in?
Leave blank if you don't want to set a credit limit. Any credits brought in above this number will automatically be set with the respective matched course but with a Status of "Credit Not Granted".
DegreeSight will take the 2-year institution credits into account first.
What is the max number of transfer credits of Upper-level courses?
Leave blank if you don't want to set a credit limit. Any credits brought in above this number will automatically be set with the respective matched course but with a Status of "Credit Not Granted".
DegreeSight will assume any course with a suffix with 3*** or 4*** as Upper Level.
