This feature is not disabled by default.
If you'd like it added to your system, please submit a support request.
Once enabled, it will be accessible from the 'Main Menu->Settings and Administration->Transfer Rules, Automations, and Assignments->Missed Equivalencies':
You'll then be directed to a list of "Potential Equivalencies" which represents all prior one-time decisions that were not created as rules.
The list can be filtered by the following options:
Sending Institution
Course Code (both sending and receiving)
From Date
To Date
To create a new rule, simply click the "Create Rule" button:
You'll then be prompted with the pop-up to create the new equivalency (this is the same pop-up when creating new rules manually).
You'll have the ability to adjust the rule options if you'd like. Once ready, click "Save Rule and View" next to save the current rule and the next rule will be automatically loaded.
If you decide you'd like to ignore this decision and not create a new rule, simply click "Ignore and View Next":
To view any ignored decisions, click the "Ignored Decisions" link found in the top-right section of the screen:
You can return to the previous screen by clicking the "Back to all decisions" link:
