Notification Settings

This page describes the steps to configure email notifications in DegreeSight

Individual User Settings

Each user in DegreeSight can control which email notifications they'd like to receive. Those settings are located under 'Main Menu->Personal Notification settings':

Users will have the ability to control notifications around "Coursework Submissions" and "Missed Conversations & Chat" (these settings are only applicable if our Chat feature has been enabled):

Coursework Submissions

Users can receive an email notification when a lead submits their coursework for either all leads or a subset based on the following information:

• Current Education

• Citizenship

• Age

Reminder Emails

Users can also enable a reminder email that includes a list of all leads that have at least 1 pending transfer credit:

Missed Conversation

Admin Level Settings

Users with "Admin" permissions have the ability to override the individual user notification settings by browsing to 'Main Menu->Settings and Administration->Team->Team Notifications":

The following table will display a list of all users and their current notification settings. Unchecking a box will remove the notification for that given user:
